My Story

Hello, welcome to Cannon Property! I’m Wayne Cannon, the founder and managing director of our family-run business Cannon Property & Cannon Property Sourcing, where property is more than just a profession—it's a passion that I hope to passed down through generations to come.

My journey in property began a number of years ago, inspired by my pervious different jobs within the construction industry, where I worked my way up from a labourer to a health and safety manger.

Growing up I was surrounded by the principles of hard work, integrity, and a keen understanding of the hard work you put into something the more likely it is to succeed. These values have shaped who I am today and are at the heart of everything I do at Cannon Property.
